How to Clear Your Browser Cache

Sometimes, Genie login issues are caused by outdated or corrupted browser data. When things aren’t behaving as expected, clearing your browser cache is often a quick fix.

Below are the steps for clearing your cache in Google Chrome, which is the recommended browser for Dub-ins.

Clearing Your Cache in Google Chrome

  1. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of Chrome
  2. Select Settings
  3. In the left sidebar, click Privacy and security
  4. Click Delete browsing data

    In the dialog:

    • Time range: All time
    • Check Cached images and files
    • (Recommended for login issues) Cookies and other site data
  5. Click Delete data

Option 2: Keyboard Shortcut (fastest)

  • Mac: Command + Shift + Delete
  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

This will open the Delete browsing data dialog directly.

Note: Clearing your cache will not delete your Dub-ins account, templates, or branding assets. You may be logged out of some websites and need to sign back in.

After clearing your cache, refresh your Dubsado form and try logging into Genie again.
