How Do I Clear My Cache

At times, you might run into an issue with Genie that is inexplicable. When this happens, you might need a simple clearing of your browsing data.

Clearing Chrome’s cache

1. At the top right, click the three vertical dots.
2. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
5. Click Clear data.

Clearing Safari’s cache

1. Choose the History tab at the top of your screen.
2. At the very bottom of the dropdown menu, choose Clear History.
3. A box pops up with a choice to clear the last hour, today, today and yesterday, or all history. Choose your time frame and click the Clear History button.
