Where Is My Template/Plugins?

If you’re new to Genie, and this is your first time logging into your account, you might be wondering where the template is that you purchased.

We first recommend that you go through at least the first four videos in the Genie 101 Course, as this will walk you through each step to get your Genie account ready and your Dubsado form all set up.

Once you have set up your Dubsado form and your Genie settings, you are then ready to load your purchased plugins into your template.

On your Dashboard, click on the "Add a New Template" Button"

From here, click on which ever template you purchased. If you purchased individual plugins, you will click on the "Custom Template" icon and then click on the specific plugins that you purchased.

Please note that you will be able to load in all of our plugins to your template to preview them, but you will not be able to use them on a live form unless you purchase them.

Finally, to add the plugins to your form, you will need to do two things:

First, you will need to copy the initial script code block. Click on the button that says "Copy Initial Script to Clipboard" and then paste that code into a html block at the very top of your form, outside of any container blocks.

Next, on your Dubsado form, copy the string of numbers at the end of the URL and paste them into the block above. Then click "Generate"

Once you have done that, you are ready to edit your plugins and when you are all finished, add your Genie form to Dubsado.

Watching the Genie 101 course will take about an hour or two of your time, but will help make you way more confident in using Genie.
