Why Can’t I Log Into Genie

  1. First, ensure you’re logging into Genie (and not through Dub-ins). If you're using Genie and still can’t log in, try resetting your password.
  2. If the issue persists, it may be because it’s been a while since your last login. We’ve updated our login system, so you’ll need to sign up again using the same email as before.

    Don’t worry, all of your templates, branding assets, and information will transfer automatically.
