Accessing Templates As A Collaborator (The Client)

How To Access Templates Shared With You

Dub+ Professional and Premium Members can share templates with you through our collaboration feature. They will add your email to your template, and then you will log into Genie with that same email. You will then see your template on your dashboard under “Templates” > click the “Collabed” button and you’ll be able to click on it to open it.

What Edits Can Be Made to a Collab Template

You will be able to edit pretty much all existing elements on your form. If your Dub+ member has added conditional logic, you will also be able to edit that. You will not be able to add additional plug-ins to your form.

Saving Your Template

If you are a collaborator on a template, you will only be able to save the original template that was shared with you. Should you save it as a new template, you will not be able to access the code from that new template, unless you purchase a template, individual plugins, and/or tools separately.
