Why Can’t I Log Into Dub-ins?
If you’re having trouble logging into Dub-ins, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the most common issues.
1. Use the Recommended Browser
Genie works best in Google Chrome. While other browsers may work, Chrome provides the most reliable experience and ensures all Genie features function as intended.
Important: Safari has known limitations and is not recommended when using Genie.
2. Confirm You’re Logged Into Dubsado
Dub-ins will not work unless you are logged into your Dubsado account. Before continuing, make sure you are actively logged in.
If you are a Dubsado Specialist on the Dub+ Ruby or Diamond plan and designing for a client, be sure you are logged into your client’s Dubsado account as an Admin (and logged into your Dub-ins account).
3. Open a Public-Facing Form
Open a public-facing Dubsado form that has Dubsado Side Editing (DSE) enabled. See Setting Up Genie With a *New* Dubsado Form
-
Locate the Dub-ins Logomark
Click the Dub-ins logomark on the right side of your Dubsado form.
Enter Your Credentials
When the login dialog appears:
- Use the email you used at purchase
- Double-check your password for accuracy
Note: Nothing happening when clicking on the Dub-ins logo? Try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work, check that you have third-party cookies enabled.
4. Forgot Your Password?
If your email is correct but your password isn’t working:
- Click “Can’t log in to your account?”
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a password reset email
- Follow the instructions to reset your password
5. Haven’t Logged In for a While?
If the password reset doesn’t work or you don’t receive an email, this may be due to updates to our login system.
In this case, you’ll need to sign up again using the same email address as before:
- Click “Back to Dub-ins DSE” in the login dialog
- Select “Don’t have an account? Sign up.”
Don’t worry — all of your templates, branding assets, and information will transfer automatically.
6. Make Sure Your Dubsado Form Is Not in Legacy Mode
To check:
- Open your Dubsado form Settings
- Scroll down to Legacy Mode
- Make sure Legacy Mode is toggled off
