How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Note: if you are on a legacy plan, prices have since increased and by canceling, you forfeit the legacy plan discount should you choose to sign up later on. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their own subscription. Dub-ins does not cancel on behalf of your account.
We hate to see you go, but totally understand if you would like to cancel your Dub+ Member subscription. Please follow these steps accordingly:
- Log into your Genie account (if you have any issues logging into your account, please follow these steps).
- Head to your Profile and click the “Manage Billing” or “Manage Billing (legacy customers).”
- If you’re not sure which button to click, first try “Manage Billing (legacy customers).” If you’re not a legacy customer, you’ll receive a popup notification indicating this (and if you are, you’ll be redirected where you’ll be able to update your account).
