Canceling Your Dub-ins Subscription

Are you on a legacy plan? Our pricing has changed since you signed up. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll forfeit your legacy plan pricing and will need to sign up at current rates if you choose to return in the future.

Important Information About Canceling: Subscriptions must be canceled by the user. Dub-ins does not cancel subscriptions on behalf of users. To avoid future charges, be sure to cancel before your next billing cycle. Please note that Dub-ins does not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

We hate to see you go, but we totally understand if you’d like to cancel your Dub+ Member subscription. You can manage your billing in either of the following ways:

Option 1: Quick access (recommended)

👉 From here, you can log in to manage your account.

You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and will receive a secure link to access your billing via our Stripe portal.

Option 2: From within your Dub-ins account

  1. Log into your Genie account

    (If you have trouble logging in, please follow these steps.)

  2. Go to your Profile.

    Click “Manage Billing” or “Manage Billing (legacy customers)”.

    • If you’re unsure which option applies, start with “Manage Billing (legacy customers)”.
    • If you’re not a legacy customer, you’ll see a popup letting you know and can then select the correct option.

Both options will take you to the same billing portal, where you can manage or cancel your subscription.
