Logging Into Your Dub-ins Account
With Genie 5.0, logging into your Dub-ins account works a little differently. Because everything is managed within a Dubsado form via Dubsado Side Editing (DSE), it’s important to ensure your form is set up correctly before logging in.
Step 1: Access a Public-Facing Form
Open a public-facing Dubsado form that is set up with DSE. This is required for Genie to connect and allow you to log in. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Google Chrome as your browser when using Genie. Learn more.
Note: Simply click the Preview button (next to the Save form button) inside Dubsado’s form builder to easily access your public-facing form.
Step 2: Locate the Dub-ins Logomark
On the right side of your public-facing Dubsado form, click the Dub-ins logomark. This will open the login dialog.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
In the login dialog, enter:
- Email: The email you used when purchasing your Dub-ins account
- Password: Your Dub-ins account password
Once entered, you’ll be logged in and can begin using Genie 4.0 features.

Managing Your Account and Billing

- You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and receive a secure link to access your billing.
