Logging Into Your Dub-ins Account

Genie 4.0

With Genie 4.0, logging into your Dub-ins account works a little differently. Because everything is managed within a Dubsado form via Dubsado Side Editing (DSE), it’s important to ensure your form is set up correctly before logging in.


Step 1: Access a Public-Facing Form

Open a public-facing Dubsado form that is set up with DSE. This is required for Genie to connect and allow you to log in.


Step 2: Locate the Dub-ins Logomark

On the right side of your Dubsado form, click the Dub-ins logomark. This will open the login dialog.


Step 3: Enter Your Credentials

In the login dialog, enter:

  • Email: The email you used when purchasing your Dub-ins account
  • Password: Your Dub-ins account password

Once entered, you’ll be logged in and can begin using Genie 4.0 features.

Managing Your Account and Billing

Want to manage your subscription, upgrade/downgrade, or cancel?

  1. Log in to manage your account via our Stripe portal.
    • You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and receive a secure link to access your billing.
  2. Upgrades or downgrades: Please reach out to support, and we’ll be happy to help.
