How to Reset a Template in Dub-ins

Overview

Resetting a template will delete all plugins and customizations you’ve added.

Important: This action cannot be undone. The only way to recover your template is by loading a recent auto-saved version.

Note: this is different from resetting brand settings, which updates your template to match your brand assets (logo, fonts, buttons, etc.) rather than deleting plugins. Not looking to reset a template? Learn how to Reset Brand Settings.

Steps to Reset a Template

  1. Open your template in Genie.
  2. Select Reset Template (the broom icon in the left navigation).
  3. A confirmation prompt will appear—click Confirm to apply the reset.
