How to Reset Brand Settings in Dub-ins

Overview

Resetting brand settings updates your template to match your current brand assets, such as your logo, fonts, buttons, and social links.

Note: this is different from resetting a template, which clears all plugins and customizations. If you want to completely start fresh with your template, check out how to Reset a Template.

When to Use Reset Brand Settings

  • Applying a Template Theme (e.g., The Photographer Template, The Designer Template) that comes with pre-designed branding.
  • Updating a template that was created before adding your brand assets in your Brand settings when Setting Up Your Brand.

Steps to Reset Brand Settings

  1. Open your template in Genie.
  2. Make sure you’ve set up your brand and added your fonts.
  3. Select Reset Brand Settings (the rotating arrows icon in the left navigation).
  4. A confirmation prompt will appear—click Confirm to apply the reset.
